Sales and Refund Terms

These terms apply when you buy a listing package on Turks’n’Turks. For the general rules of the platform, see the Terms of Use.

What you are buying

What you buy is not a physical product but a digital service: the right to publish a listing on the platform. There is no physical delivery.

• In subscription categories (Immigration & Law, Businesses, Services & Pros): your listing stays live for as long as your subscription continues.
• For one-time packages (Property, Vehicles): the listing right is valid for 30 days.
• The listing right in the Items for Sale category is free and valid for 30 days.

Price and payment

• Package prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers.
• Bulk packages are discounted; the discounted amount is shown at checkout.
• You can see your payments and invoices under Dashboard → Payments.

When the service starts

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the listing right is added to your account and you can start using it immediately. In other words, the service is performed as soon as the purchase completes.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

For digital services this right ends if you expressly ask for the service to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right once it has been performed. We ask for that acknowledgement separately at checkout; the purchase cannot be completed without it.

If you did not give that acknowledgement and have not yet used your listing right, you can send us a withdrawal request within 14 days.

Refund requests

You can submit a refund request from the Contact page using the “Billing & payment” topic. Each request is reviewed individually. In particular we look at:

• Whether the listing right has been used
• How long ago the purchase was made
• Whether there was a technical problem on our side (in which case a refund is made)

Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used. How quickly it appears depends on your bank’s processing time.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• To cancel, write to us from the Contact page using the “Billing & payment” topic.
• When you cancel, your listing stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for; you are not charged for the next period.
• If you delete your account entirely, any active subscriptions are cancelled automatically.

Price changes

We may change package prices. A change is not applied in the middle of an ongoing subscription period and is notified in advance.
